Payroll Manager (HRIS)
Reports to:
Financial Controller or Human Resource Manager
Primary Objectives:
Manage the timely and accurate payment of wages and salaries and ensure the maintenance of related records.
Main Accountabilities:
- Maintain pay records, time keeping data and statistics, leave records and related information.
- Ensure group certificates are prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
- Provide payroll information to management for budgets and special projects.
- Control the reconciliation of payroll, payroll tax, insurance and superannuation payments and authorised payment deductions.
- May supervise a small team of payroll officers.
Matching Indicators:
Good knowledge of computerised pay systems and general personnel procedures. Minimum of five years payroll experience.
