Primary Objectives:

Develop and lead the sales business strategies and activities for the company’s sales activity to achieve revenue, sales and profit.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Direct all sales activities for the achievement of short and long term goals.
  • Manage the preparation of budgets, reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor customer service, invoicing, expenditure, payments and administration costs.
  • Development of initiatives such as new products and sales incentive bonus schemes.
  • Coordinate subordinate staff to optimise the use of human and material resources to achieve goals.

Matching Indicators:

Fifteen years related sales/marketing experience with national/regional sales managers reporting to this position.
