General Manager Human Resources

Primary Objectives:
Plan, develop and direct Human Resource policies for the company and implement procedures to ensure the efficient and effective use of human resources to achieve company objectives.
Main Accountabilities:
- Prepare budgets and workforce management plans.
- Devise personal and industrial relations policy in consultation with executive management.
- Establish lines of control and delegate responsibilities to subordinate staff.
- Make policy decisions and accept responsibility for operations and performance of staff.
- Develop and direct the settings of performance targets and participate in business planning and strategy determinations to ensure HR specifications are met.
Matching Indicators:
Senior Executive with ten – fifteen years experience in Human Resource Management with at least four – five professional HR staff reporting to the position.
