State/ Branch Service Manager                                               

Reports to:

National Service Manager or Branch Manager

Primary Objectives:

Manage a state or branch field service department to provide efficient and prompt after sales service and achieve budget and profit objectives.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Assess product performance and customer satisfaction with products or equipment.
  • Prepare an annual service budget and operate within expenditure guidelines.
  • Perform or schedule investigative test, repairs and over hauls on products as required.
  • Recommend policy or procedure changes which will assist and improve field operations.
  • Supervise major equipment installations and evaluate technical problems where specialised knowledge is required.

Matching Indicators:

Over fifteen years experience in service or related fields including at least five years in service management.
