State/ Branch Service Manager
Reports to:
National Service Manager or Branch Manager
Primary Objectives:
Manage a state or branch field service department to provide efficient and prompt after sales service and achieve budget and profit objectives.
Main Accountabilities:
- Assess product performance and customer satisfaction with products or equipment.
- Prepare an annual service budget and operate within expenditure guidelines.
- Perform or schedule investigative test, repairs and over hauls on products as required.
- Recommend policy or procedure changes which will assist and improve field operations.
- Supervise major equipment installations and evaluate technical problems where specialised knowledge is required.
Matching Indicators:
Over fifteen years experience in service or related fields including at least five years in service management.
