Quality Assurance Manager
Reports to:
Principal Manufacturing Executive, Chief Executive or Divisional Manager
Primary Objectives:
Develop quality specifications and standards for raw materials, manufacturing processes, finished product, and storage and ensure all manufactured products meet quality standards.
Main Accountabilities:
- Audit production outputs and suppliers on a regular basis to confer on specific quality and production supply issues.
- Develop and recommend inspections, sampling techniques, quality control plans, process control procedures, testing and analysis procedures to ensure finished product meets quality standards.
- Maintain appropriate records of manufacturing and QA test outcomes for future reference.
- Monitor product stability testing and review and approve deviation fault analysis.
- Supervise and train subordinate QA staff as well as oversighting the training of production operatives.
Matching Indicators:
Tertiary qualification and at least ten years experience.
