Telemarketer- Remuneration Report

All our Remuneration Reports are three pages in length and provide a brief position description covering the job purpose, main accountabilities and matching indicators. Telemarketer                                                                                            

Reports to:

Telemarketing Manager or Sales & Marketing Manager

Primary Objectives:

Perform inbound and outbound telephone and marketing and selling of a range of products in order to achieve sales targets.

Main Accountabilities:

• Conduct telephone selling of a range of products.
• Participate in market research projects, ongoing sales campaigns and customer surveys as required.
• Refer sales opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel.
• Provide a level of customer support which will help promote further sales and marketing activity.

Matching Indicators:

At least six months experience in telesales/ telemarketing.
