Senior Market Research Associate                                        

Reports to:

Market Research Manager or Product Manager

Primary Objectives:

Under guidance, plan and conduct research activities to identify product opportunities, plan marketing developments and contribute to marketing decisions.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Supervise market sampling and other consumer contract research to assist in establishing the company’s competitive position. 
  • Co-operate in the formulation of advertising programs and campaigns.
  • Co-ordinate market research and analyse activity across key product groups according to annual plans and budgets.
  • Assist with the establishment of quotas for sales managers and advise where change is needed.
  • Identify where the market research program could be improved in its depth and breadth, and recommend change to Management.

Matching Indicators:

Tertiary qualifications with more than five years experience.
