Senior Customer Service Representative                            

Reports to:

National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager or Technical Service Manager

Primary Objectives:

Liaise with customers, finance, production, distribution, service and sales departments to facilitate the timely and efficient provision of products and services.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Maintain a detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Deal with customer telephone enquiries, orders or complaints.
  • Liaise with sales and technical staff to keep them up to date with customer needs.
  • Monitor distribution of products for customers where necessary.
  • Report any serious customer situations to the national sales manager for immediate action.

Matching Indicators:

Minimum four years in order processing or related areas, qualifications are not essential.
