Marketing Manager
Reports to:
Chief Executive or General Manager Marketing & Sales
Primary Objectives:
Lead and manage marketing business activities to achieve market share revenue, sales and profit targets.
Main Accountabilities:
- Propose business plans, budgets and new initiatives to ensure the company improves its market share revenue and profit.
- Manage and direct operational matters including market research, advertising, promotion, distribution, pricing and selling.
- Evaluate the activities of the group according to overall marketing strategies.
- Select or approve the selection and training of new staff, and ensure staff are productively deployed.
Matching Indicators:
Relevant qualification and more than eight years marketing and sales experience with product managers reporting to the position.
