Customer Service Manager                                                                 

Reports to:

General Manager Marketing & Sales or National Sales Manager

Primary Objectives:

Manage sales support functions to provide cost effective services in accordance with company standards, customer requirements, contracts and service performance objectives.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop and recommend national customer service budgets to support sales and service requirements on a short and long term basis.
  • Liaise with customers to discuss concerns or complaints and instigate corrective action where required.
  • Manage product and spare parts distribution to ensure the planned supply and installation of products in accordance with client requirements and company promises.
  • Monitor management control systems in the identification and rectification of potential operating problems.

Matching Indicators:

More than eight years experience in technical or support functions.
