Business Development Manager
Reports to:
Marketing Manager, Sales Manager or Top Marketing Executive
Primary Objectives:
Develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue and profit targets for the company through the identification and attraction of new markets and customers.
Main Accountabilities:
- Research new business opportunities through all available media, and evaluate potential new customers.
- Ensure business negotiations are undertaken to protect the company’s interests.
- Prepare and conduct presentations to, and negotiations with, prospective customers to achieve growth objectives.
- Develop plans to achieve new business targets, including tactics, promotions, costs and revenue projections.
Matching Indicators:
Five - seven years experience in sales, qualification in business or marketing desirable.
