Warehouse Manager - Remuneration Report

Warehouse Manager                                                                             

Reports to:

Distribution Manager, Plant Manager or Manufacturing Manager

Primary Objectives:

Manage warehouse activities to ensure the efficient utilisation of facilities for storing and distributing raw materials and finished goods.

Main Accountabilities:

• Supervise the receiving and storing of material, equipment, merchandise and supplies.
• Arrange for return of defective material.
• Select and train warehouse staff.
• Prepare budgets and operate the warehouse within approved budget.
• Oversee stock takes as often as required by company.

Matching Indicators:

Minimum ten years experience in warehouse and supply functions.
