Principal Manufacturing Executive                                        

Reports to:

Chief Executive

Primary Objectives:

Develop and lead the implementation of manufacturing business strategies to enable manufacturing operations to achieve output, cost and quality objectives.

Main Accountabilities:

• Provide overall direction and management of manufacturing, including personnel, resources and assets.
• Oversee research into new and improved production methods and products, changes in policies to maintain business growth.
• Direct operation plans and business activities for the achievement of short and long term goals.
• Manage the selection and training of senior staff establishes lines of control and delegate responsibilities to subordinates.

Matching Indicators:

Fifteen years experience in manufacturing and production management, plus be responsible for an operation employing at least forty staff.
