Manager IT Outsourcing                                                           

Reports to:

Chief Finance Officer, Financial Controller, Principal Administration Executive

Primary Objectives:

Advise on IT needs and contribute to IT strategic planning; manage the IT outsourcing tender, contract and services. 

Main Accountabilities:

• Contribute to IT strategic planning for the company.
• Recommend and negotiate changes to the IT outsourcing contract.
• Prepare and maintain the annual IT budget for the company, and manage the IT outsourced contract.
• Develop protocols and procedures for IT projects.
• Provide training sessions to Managers and staff on IT plans and arrangements. 

Matching Indicators:

Five – ten years experience in IT analysis, planning and project management. Degree qualification in a relevant field to the nature of the business.
