IT Business Analyst                                          

Reports to:

Chief Finance Officer, Chief Information Officer, IT Manager

Primary Objectives:

Research business requirements and define flows and needs to develop system specifications which will enable the development of optimal solutions.

Main Accountabilities:

• Gather information and analyse business requirements for software development teams to ensure systems proposals are fully analysed and evaluated for benefits and cost.
• Develop and submit reports which identify the status of project resources, systems performance reviews and post implementation audits.
• Propose alternative solutions and technologies which are likely to save company resources and staff time. 
• Implement acceptance testing and user training plans.

Matching Indicators:

A degree in IT or business with knowledge of the development and support of business systems across the company.
