Payroll Officer                                                                                        

Reports to:

Payroll (HRIS) Manager or Senior Payroll Officer

Primary Objectives:

Assist in the preparation and payment of wages and salaries and related records.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Prepare salaries and wages accurately and on time.
  • Assist in processing of workers compensation claims.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of group certificates.
  • Reconcile payroll, tax, insurance and superannuation payments and authorised payroll deductions.

Matching Indicators:

Unqualified, previous payroll experience desirable.
