Learning & Development Manager                                        

Reports to:

General Manager Human Resources or Human Resource Manager

Primary Objectives:

Establish learning and development needs based on the company’s strategic plan. Develop and deliver training programs to improve workforce capability competencies in line with company’s needs.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Analyse and develop training plans and procedures, prepare training materials and supervise courses.
  • Oversee and evaluate training programs to ensure training is delivered at an appropriate standard.
  • Select, train and supervise training officers.
  • Maintain records of appraisals and development needs identified in performance reviews.
  • Review the effectiveness of the training and development program and devise improvements where possible.

Matching Indicators:

Relevant qualification and at least eight-ten years experience in training and development.
