Accounts Clerk
Reports to:
Senior Accounts Clerk, Senior Accountant or Finance Manager
Primary Objectives:
Prepare documentation and undertake routine duties associated with debtors and creditors accounts.
Main Accountabilities:
- Assist in the preparation of debtors lists and prepare reports relating to outstanding amounts.
- Arrange for the drawing of cheques or other forms of payment.
- Administer day to day use and recording of petty cash.
- Allocate expenditure to correct budget accounts.
Matching Indicators:
Unqualified, some experience desirable but not essential.
