Receptionist
Reports to:
Office Manager, Sales Manager or Administration Manager
Primary Objectives:
Greet clients or customers either in person or over the telephone and direct them to the appropriate business area or telephone extension.
Main Accountabilities:
- Operate a telephone switchboard with a number of telephone lines and extensions.
- Report technical problems to the telephone services provider and superiors as directed.
- Arrange appointments for company personnel.
- Maintain internal telephone extension listings.
- Receive goods from couriers.
- Operate the PA system in cases of emergency, such as building evacuation.
